When Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him is Peace) first announced his call, the Banner was white. However, like the stone of the Kaaba, the banner was stained by the sins of the people who broke the Covenant. It is promised that the banner will return to its original white color.
His core teaching could be described as Mercy before Religion. Love others more than yourself. Leave no one behind, and never break this oath.
The Seventh Covenant began as a partnership with the souls, in Eden, to a worldwide covenant with Adam and Noah. God then made a deal with a chosen nation. But in the time of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family), the Sixth Covenant opened the doors for the entire world. And now, the Seventh Covenant brings it full circle, because, like the covenant of paradise, it is a partnership purely with the souls.
That is why the prophecies speak about a
“banner for all nations,”
and an
“…eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth – to every nation, tribe, language and people.” - The Holy Bible, Book of Revelation, Chapter 14, Verse 6
It is the covenant that unites all of mankind, people from every nation, every language, and every creed. But how exactly will they be gathered?
According to the scriptures, all of these events of the End Times – the tribulations and the emergence of the savior – coincide with another prophecy. “The Raj’a” or “The Return”.
Throughout time, prophets and messengers left curious clues about a strange event to come. A time when the dead would rise from their graves and return to life.
In the book of Ezekiel, God says:
“My people, I am going to open your graves and bring you up from them…”
– The Holy Bible, Book of Ezekiel, Chatper 37, Verse 12
“I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms…I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever.”
– The Holy Bible, Book of Ezekiel, Chapter 37, Verses21-22 and 26
Nobody has ever been able to explain the true meaning of these verses, which talk about the saints emerging from their graves, or the return of the prophets and messengers with the Mahdi, except for Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him is Peace).
It says in the Holy Qur'an that the soul is a matter about which we have been given very little knowledge. But the Riser from the Family of Mohammed will change that.
Imam Al-Sadiq (FHIP) said:
“Verily, 2000 years before Allah (SWT) created the bodies, He made brothers between the souls in the Shadows. So when our – Ahlulbayt – Qaim rises, the brother inherits his brother in the Shadows, and he does not inherit his brother from the physical birth.”
– Mustadrak Al-Wasa’il, Al-Mirza Al-Nouri, 1st ed., v.17, p.186, hadith 1
– Bihar Al-Anwar, Mohammed Baqir Al-Majlisi, 3rd ed., v.58, p.79
Meaning, the Riser from the Family of Mohammed comes forth, and reveals knowledge about the soul world. His covenant is a covenant of the souls. And it is a brand-new covenant. As we witnessed with every other covenant, the laws and commands always change. And according to Islamic narrations, the Riser is the keeper of a new law.
From Abd Al-Aala he said:
I said to Aba Abdillah (From Him Is Peace): The one who claims this matter, what is his proof? He said: he is asked about the permissible and the impermissible (the halal and the haram)…”
– Al-Kafi, Mohammed ibn Yaqub Al-Kulaini, 5th ed., v.1, p.284, hadith 2
The establishment of this final covenant was prophesied by the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) and his Holy Progeny (Peace be upon them), who described it as a new covenant with new laws from God.
Some of the changes and revelations:
The Muslims consider the Kaaba to be the House of God in which prayer is performed five times a day towards its direction. The ones who laid its foundation were two great prophets, a father and his son, Abraham and Ishmael (PBUT). However, many generations later, the Kaaba would be littered with 360 different idols.
“The Kaaba that you know is not the Kaaba that is called the Sacred House of God”
– Sayings of Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him Is Peace), p.58, hadith 167
He would later reveal that the true and original location of this sacred building was in present-day Jordan, in the city of Petra.
Petra was filled with idols on the land and mountains, but in Hijaz there is no proof of the existence of the various idols that were sent during the advent of Islam.
Mecca was known as the Mother of Cities. According to the Muslims, it used to be a great trading center that had visitors from many tribes and nations, a land with a massive influx of people annually. However, the land of Hijaz today has no archeological sites to back up such claims that Muslim historians hold about this city, not a single trace.
According to narrations, from both Sunni and Shia books, the Kaaba was demolished more than once and was even burnt down. In one instance, which took place 65 years after Hijrah, Abdullah ibn Al-Zubayr demolished the original Kaaba and rebuilt it. In reality, the Kaaba was relocated to another place.

Muhammad ibn Umar Al-Waqidi mentioned that Ibrahim ibn Musa narrated from Ikrimah ibn Khalid who said: “Ibn Al-Zubayr demolished the House (Kaaba) until he leveled it to the ground, dug out its foundation and placed the stone (Black stone) inside it, and the people were circling from behind the foundation and praying towards its position, and he made the Black Cornerstone in an ark [tabut] in a strip of silk…”

Prayer, known as Salat, is an essential characteristic of a true believer and serves as a means to establish a living communion with Allah. The significance of prayer is emphasized in the Quran and Hadith, and it is considered the second most important pillar of Islam after the testimony of faith. Muslims consider prayer as a means to strengthen one's relationship with Allah, express gratitude for His blessings, and fulfill the purpose of life, which is to worship Allah alone.
Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) on the other hand came with a ritualistic form of Prayer including fixed movements and recitation. The prayer and its rules are described in detail even the direction of prayer or the Qibla is described which is something that has differed throughout time.
However, in the seventh covenant, Imam Ahmed Al Hassan states,
“Prayer is prostration to the Messengers and Prophets and Imams in their time. Prostration of the heart. Since the time of Adam (PBUH) until today, prayer has been physical prostration in addition to prostration of the heart (submission of the heart). This is the correct prayer.”

Abi Ja’far (From Him is Peace) said:
“Whoever did not know what prayer is has denied our rights.”
- Al-Kafi, Al-Shaikh Al-Kulayni, Vol. 2, p. 598
He also said:
“‘O believers! When the call to prayer is made on Friday,’ [meaning] from this day that God gathered you in, and prayer is the Prince of the Believers (PBUH) for God means by prayer the Wilayah and it is the Greater Wilayah.”
- Al-Ikhtisas, Al-Shaikh Al Mufid, p.129
Aba Abdillah (From Him is Peace) said:
“O Dawud, we are the prayer in the book of Allah, and we are the zakat and we are the fasting and we are the Hajj and we are the holy months and we are the holy land and we are the Kaaba of Allah and we are His qibla and we are the face of Allah.”
- Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 24, p. 303
And the Prince of the Believers (From Him is Peace) said:
“Whoever comes to prayer knowing its reality shall be forgiven.”

‘Hijab’, or the head veil, is considered a practice in many sects of Orthodox Islam. The wearing of a head veil is also practiced by certain sects of Christianity and Judaism
But what is the stance of Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him Is Peace) regarding the covering of the hair for women?
The wearing of a head covering has not been mentioned as an obligatory practice by the Almighty God in any covenant. In fact, the evidence provided by various religions is not concrete, and is mostly based on interpretation of the scholars of religion, rather than the direct words of God through His prophets and messengers.
From the Quran, we see the following verse,
“And tell the believing women to cast down their looks and to guard their private parts, and not to display their charms, beyond what is [acceptably] visible, and let them draw their shawls (Khumurihinna) over their chests (Juyubihinna), and not display their charms except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband’s fathers, or their sons, or their husband’s sons, or their brothers, or their brothers’ sons, or their sisters’ sons, or their women, or their slave girls, or male dependents lacking [sexual] desire, or children who are not yet conscious of female sexuality. And let them not thump their feet to make known their hidden ornaments. Turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, so that you may be successful.”
– Holy Quran, An-Nur verse 31
The word Khumurihinna is Arabic, and refers to the scarf or shawl, the clothing that covers the specified location of the chest (Juyubihinna).
Another mention in the Quran on how to dress modestly:
O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves their outer garments (Jalabibihinna*). That is more suitable that they will be recognized and not harassed, and Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Merciful.
– Holy Quran, Al-Ahzab verse 59
*Jalabibihinna: a type of clothing which has many styles, from hoodie to no head cover.
We see that dressing modestly is a clear commandment towards women from Allah SWT in the Quran. However, the command does not entail covering the hair.
In this day and age, the term ‘Hijab’ has been made to be understood as the covering scarf for the hair of a woman.
But how does the Quran use the term ‘Hijab’?
“There will be a Hijab (veil) between them. And on the elevations will be certain men who recognize each of them by their mark. They will call out to the inhabitants of Paradise, ‘Peace be upon you!’ They have not [yet] entered it, though they eagerly hope to.”
– Holy Quran, Al-A’raf verse 46
“When you recite the Quran, We draw a hidden Hijab (veil) between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter…”
– Holy Quran, Al-Isra verse 45
“Thus she veiled herself from them, then We sent to her Our Spirit so he appeared to her as a well-proportioned human.”
– Holy Quran, Maryam verse 17
“O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But Allah is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a Hijab (veil). That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of Allah or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of Allah an enormity.”
– Holy Quran, Al-Ahzab verse 53
“…he said, ‘Indeed I have preferred the love of [worldly] goodness over the remembrance of my Lord until it [the sun] disappeared behind the [night’s] Hijab (veil)“
– Holy Quran, Sad verse 32
“They say, ‘Our hearts are within coverings [i.e., screened] from what you invite us to, and there is deafness in our ears, and there is a Hijab (veil) between us and you. So act [as your faith requires]; we too are acting [according to our own].”
– Holy Quran, Fussilat verse 5
“It is not [possible] for any human that Allah should speak to him except through revelation or from behind a Hijab (veil), or He sends a Messenger who reveals by His permission whatever He wills. Indeed He is Most High, All-Wise.”
– Holy Quran, Ash-Shura verse 51
So the word ‘Hijab’ can clearly be used in various ways, all of which are based on the Hijab being a veil that separates, whether a metaphorical veil or a spiritual veil between man and God, or any such separation that is being indicated.
However, Hijab is not seen in the Quran as a term that indicates a scarf that the woman must cover her hair with.
So where did the concept of covering the hair as an obligation on women appear in Islam, if not through the words of God and his Messenger Muhammad (PBUH & His Family)?
Certain sayings that are found in hadith books of Islam, such as Bukhari, mention historical events that took place, concerning the commandment to cover the hair, such as:
Narrated from Aisha:
The wives of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family), would go out at night to the Manasi’ (toilet), and it was a vast open space. Umar used to say to the Prophet (PBUH & His Family): “Veil your women.” But the Prophet (PBUH & His Family) did not do so. One night Sawda daughter of Zam’a, the wife of the Prophet (PBUH & His Family), went out at `Isha’ time and she was a tall woman so Umar called out to her saying: “We recognized you, Sawda”, in order to ensure that the Hijab (veil) would come down, and so God revealed the verse of Hijab (veil).”
– Sahih Bukhari, Abi Abdullah Muhammad ibn Isma’il Al-Bukhari, 1st ed., Book 4: Ablutions, p.50, hadith 146
– Sahih Muslim, Abi Al-Hussein Muslim ibn Al-Hajjaj ibn Muslim, 2nd ed., Book 39: Book of Greetings, p.713, hadith 2170d
It can be seen from this narration that the concept of Hijab was insisted on by Umar, not Prophet Muhammad (PBUH & His Family). In fact, if we look carefully at the history of Islam, we do not find any evidence of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) saying that covering the hair is an obligation. It is a sunnah, but not a requirement.
The truth of the matter is that covering the hair was never an obligation in any of God’s covenants. Since the revelation of the Seventh Covenant, Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him Is Peace) as God’s proof on earth today, has allowed us to understand the truth and reality of the falsehood of the head covering being obligatory. And our Imam and Caliph Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him Is Peace) is far better than to impose on the people a ruling that did not even come from God. In fact, he (From Him Is Peace) is the true shepherd, freeing the people of the false chains and shackles that the non-working scholars are attempting to put on the masses. As the Saviour of Mankind, Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him Is Peace) is setting us free with the truth.
There is a lot of evidence to back up this truth. More information can be found into this subject here:

The drinking of wine (sharab) is permissible in the Seventh Covenant as it was in pre-Mohammedan Covenants. It was only made forbidden in the Sixth Covenant for the general public because of the extreme drunkenness and debauchery of the Arabs at that time. It was never intended to be an eternal prohibition.
Nevertheless, it is a drink that is mentioned in the Holy Qur’an as being in paradise a reward for those who enter it:
“(Here is) a description of the paradise that is promised for the God-fearing! In it there are rivers of water, never spoiling, and rivers of milk the taste of which would not go bad, and rivers of wine, delicious to the drinkers, and rivers of honey, fully purified.”
- The Holy Qur’an, Chapter 47 (Mohammed), Verse 15
Would God put something impure in paradise? Since God does not put impure things in paradise, it must be pure.

Many will ask themselves why are these laws changed while Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) is the last Messenger sent by Allah, and that the Quran is the final revelation sent by Allah. The truth is that the jurisprudence of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) is not everlasting.
From Uthman ibn Isa, from Sama’a, he said:
I said to Abi Abdillah (PBUH): “The saying of God, ‘So be patient as the determined ones were,’ ” he said: “[They are] Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed (peace be upon them and upon all the Prophets of God and His Messengers).” I said, “How did they become Ulul-Azm?” He said, “Because Noah was sent with a Book and jurisprudence, so all those who came after Noah worked by the Book of Noah and his jurisprudence and his method, until Abraham came with the scriptures, and with will-power he left the Book of Noah, not out of disbelief in it. And every Prophet who came after Abraham came forth with the jurisprudence of Abraham, his method and his scriptures, until Moses came with the Torah and with will-power he left the scriptures. And so every Prophet who came after Moses worked by the Torah, his jurisprudence and his method, until the Messiah came with the Gospels and with will-power he left the jurisprudence of Moses and his method. And so every Prophet who came after the Messiah worked by his jurisprudence and his method, until Mohammed (PBUH & His Family) came and brought forth the Qur’an, his jurisprudence and his method. So his hallal (permissible) will remain hallal (permissible) until the Day of Judgment (Qiyam), and his haram (impermissible) will remain haram (impermissible) until the Day of Judgment, so these are the Ulul-Azm (those with determination) from the Messengers . ”
- Bihar Al-Anwar , Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 65, p. 326
And the Day of Judgment is the Day of the Rise or Qiyam. The Day of the Qaim. And the Qaim changes the jurisprudence and his matter is difficult on the Arabs.
Imam Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) said:
“The Qaim/Riser comes with a new matter, a new book and a new judgment which is difficult upon the Arabs.” - Kitab Al-Ghayba (Book of Occultation), Al-Numani, Vol. 1, p. 236
Imam Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) says:
“If the Riser/Qaim emerges there shall not be between him and the Arabs and the Persians except for the sword. ” - Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Allamah Al-Majlisi, Vol. 52, p. 389
The twelve Imams (From Them is Peace) have said:
“When Imam Mahdi emerges he shall not have a more clear enemy than the religious scholars, and for that reason he and the sword are brothers, because if it were not for the sword, the religious scholars would have issued decrees that he be killed, but God makes him appear with the sword and with generosity and kindness so that they may obey him and fear him and accept his judgment without believing in it, rather they hold within their hearts the opposite of belief. ” - Yanabi’ Al-Mawadda Li-Dhawi AL-Qurba , Sulayman b. Ibrahim Al-Qunduzi Al-Hanafi, Vol. 3, p. 215
Imam Al-Baqir (From Him is Peace) said:
“If the Riser/Qaim rises (PBUH) he shall destroy everything that came before him, just as the Prophet of Allah (PBUH & His Family) did, and he shall establish a new Islam.” - Kitab Al-Ghayba (Book of Occultation), Al-Numani, Vol. 1, p. 236
Al-Hassan ibn Harun said:
“I was at Aba Abdillah’s house (PBUH) when he was asked, ‘Shall the Qaim, when he rises, do differently than the way that Ali (PBUH) did?’ So he responded: ‘Yes.’ ” - Mo’jam Ahadeeth Imam Al-Mahdi (AS), Al-Shaikh Ali Al-Korani, Vol. 4, p. 38
And indeed the prophecy has been fulfilled and God has established a new covenant, a Seventh Covenant with mankind, through His Vicegerent in this day and age, Aba Al-Sadiq (From Him is Peace) by the command of Imam Ahmed Al-Hassan (From Him is Peace).
